Stacey has worked in the field of Intellectual Property since 2001, focusing on trademarks. She assists the firm’s trademark agents and lawyers in all areas of trademark prosecution, specializing in:

  • prosecution of domestic and foreign trademark applications
  • enforcement of registered and common law trademarks, including trademark oppositions and Section 45 proceedings
  • legal proceedings in the federal court

Stacey takes pride in providing clients with exemplary service.

Stacey previously held the position of Team Lead within the Trademark Department, focusing on providing excellent service to clients and exploring and implementing process improvements.
