As a Summer Law Student, Richard is assisting lawyers on a wide variety of tasks within our Business and Disputes groups.
During Richard’s first two years of law school, he participated in Student Legal Services and excels in the mooting program, where he appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta and won a top oralist award, respectively. Prior to attending law school, Richard received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies with Honours from Vancouver Island University.
Richard chose to work at BLG because of the Firm’s recognized excellence in mentorship and training.
In Richard’s spare time you will find him doing something active, whether it be golfing, hockey, tennis, or backyard games. His love for sports and activities is only matched by his love of music, which is he is listening to constantly.
