Moussa chose to work at BLG after appreciating the firm’s people, collegial environment, and genuine effort at diversity and inclusion within the profession. This environment reassures Moussa of his ability to bring his complete self to work each day and thrive. Quickly after the interview process the tougher question for Moussa became why not BLG.
