Kim acts for clients on corporate law matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and corporate reorganizations for both public and private companies.
Her practice includes share and asset purchase transactions, private equity investments, corporate reorganizations and other complex transactional matters across a range of industries. She regularly advises clients on transaction structuring, due diligence, purchase agreements, negotiation and closing processes, as well as post-closing matters.
In addition to her M&A practice, Kim advises clients on corporate finance matters, including private placements and other financing transactions, particularly in connection with acquisition and growth strategies. She also assists boards of directors and special committees on governance and regulatory matters arising in connection with strategic transactions and other significant corporate initiatives.
