As Chief Client Officer at Canada’s law firm, Lisa Marie Bruzzese leads initiatives that strengthen BLG’s client relationships and service delivery across the country. She champions a client-first approach and collaborates with firm leadership to ensure that client feedback and insights directly shape how BLG delivers legal services and pursues strategic priorities.

In this role, she guides a unified team of marketing, business development and client service professionals while collaborating with BLG’s 12 national practice groups to align strategies with evolving client needs. In partnership with the firm’s leaders, she develops coordinated programs that improve the client experience and strengthen the firm’s presence in the market.

Lisa Marie brings a unique combination of strategic vision and proven execution to the role. Since joining BLG in 2017, she has advanced through increasingly senior leadership positions, most recently serving as National Director, Business Development. In this capacity, she successfully led teams integrating practice and industry expertise with operational excellence to deliver enhanced value to clients.

Lisa Marie recently completed the certificate in Transforming Client Relationships Through Innovation from the Harvard Law School Executive Program and is on track to receive her Masters of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto in 2026.
