Kaitlin advises clients on a variety of public and private transactions. She also advises clients on other securities and corporate law matters, including, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations.
Kaitlin summered and articled at BLG before returning as an associate.

- Umios Corporation as lead counsel in its announced acquisition of High Liner Foods Incorporated pursuant to a plan of arrangement under the Companies Act (Nova Scotia) in a transaction valued at C$1.3 billion.
- SCP Resource Finance LP, as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner, in connection with Avanti Gold Corp.’s $51.75 million bought deal private placement.
- Counsel to RFA Capital Holdings Inc. in its business combination with Artis Real Estate Investment Trust to form RFA Financial.
