O'Neal maintains a broad litigation practice in both English and French with a particular focus on commercial litigation, construction disputes, and environmental and energy sector litigation. He maintains a complementary appellate and municipal law practice, where he acts as a prosecutor for several municipalities across Ontario.
Known for his zealous advocacy and client-focused approach, O'Neal is committed to delivering practical, cost-effective solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. O’Neal regularly provides strategic counsel and representation in a wide range of complex disputes and has appeared before the Small Claims Court, Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court, and the Ontario Energy Board.
Beyond the courtroom, O'Neal is actively engaged in the community. He volunteers with the Pro Bono Hotline and the Law Help Pro Bono ID Clinic and supports early literacy through the BLG Read to Kids program.
