Michelle is a member of the Securities and Capital Markets group. She advises private and publicly held businesses on a broad range of corporate, commercial and securities matters.
Her transactional experience includes plans of arrangement, initial public offerings, capital pool company listings, and asset and share purchases and sales.
Michelle summered and articled at BLG. Following her articles, Michelle practiced in the securities group at another national law firm.
