Sean maintains a broad tax practice, with an emphasis on corporate tax, business structuring and tax dispute resolution.
Prior to joining BLG as an associate, Sean articled and worked with a Calgary-based law firm where he maintained a general corporate and commercial practice. Before pursuing a career in law, he worked as an accountant specializing in audit, assurance and financial reporting.
