Jennifer is an experienced legal paraprofessional who assists both landlords and tenants with all aspects of commercial leasing, including retail, office, and industrial spaces. Her expertise covers a wide range of leasing matters, from small office spaces to large national retail projects and major developments.
Her responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, offers to lease, license agreements and other contracts respecting the use of real property;
- Dealing directly with clients and opposing parties to facilitate agreements;
- Preparing lease associated title documentation;
- Due diligence;
- Project management support; and
- Assisting clients with the development of precedents and project specific documentation.
