Cailin maintains a broad commercial practice with a focus on infrastructure and energy projects. She drafts and negotiates a wide range of construction contracts for commercial, residential and mixed-use developments, including CCDC contract forms, design-build agreements, and industrial EPC contracts. She also advises clients on procurement strategies, project development matters, and operations and maintenance arrangements.
