Josh Zablocki is a corporate and commercial lawyer developing a broad corporate practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate finance.
Josh joined BLG as a summer student in 2022 and returned to article in 2024 after receiving his J.D. from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law.
Prior to law school, Josh earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business in 2021, graduating with First Class Honours in addition to being admitted as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honour society.
