Bhreagh maintains a broad litigation practice, with a focus on public and administrative law, complex commercial disputes, and appeals. Bhreagh combines sharp legal analysis with a strategic approach to advocacy to help clients navigate high-stakes disputes and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Bhreagh has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario, the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, and various administrative tribunals. A skilled oral advocate, Bhreagh competed in the 2020 Laskin Moot, where her team was selected as First Place School, First Place Factum, and First Place Pair. Bhreagh was also awarded Third Place Oralist overall. Bhreagh was awarded First Place Team and First Place Factum in the Federal Court’s 2022 Exchequer Cup Moot.
Prior to joining BLG, Bhreagh practiced at a leading Canadian litigation firm in Toronto and clerked for the Honourable Justice Anne L. Mactavish at the Federal Court of Appeal.
