On July 29, 2025, DeFu Technology (301511.SZ) announced that it signed the 'Equity Purchase Agreement' with Volta Energy Solutions S.à r.l., intending to acquire 100% of the equity in Circuit Foil Luxembourg S.a.r.l., a leading European manufacturer in the high-end copper foil sector in a deal worth 174 million euros.
