Jasmine's practice focuses on securities and corporate law across all industries, with an emphasis on energy law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and asset and share purchases. She acts for:
vendors and purchasers in public and private M&A transactions;
issuers and dealers in public and private debt and equity corporate finance transactions; and
public companies to ensure compliance with securities laws and continuous disclosure obligations.
Jasmine also serves as corporate secretary to several private companies.
Evergen Infrastructure Corp. in connection with its $8 million brokered special warrant financing and $20 million initial public offering and listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Underwriters in connection with Surge Energy Inc.'s bought deal short form prospectus offering of $23 million of charity flow-through shares.
K+S Aktiengesellschaft in the sale of its Canadian salt business, including Windsor Salt, to Stone Canyon Industries Holdings LLC and affiliates.
