Colm is a member of the firm’s Electricity Markets Group, practicing in the areas of energy, regulatory, renewables, corporate and commercial law.
He has advised clients on regulatory matters before the Ontario Energy Board, Canada Energy Regulator and various other provincial and federal tribunals concerned with energy regulation and development.
