Erin Cutts



Erin’s practice focuses on the surety and construction industry in Alberta. She acts for owners, developers/contractors, subcontractors and sureties in various matters, including preserving and enforcing builders’ lien rights and litigation, and arbitration of construction disputes arising out of commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, including P3 projects.

She also has experience with insurance-related matters, including:

  • course-of-construction and wrap-up liability
  • general liability
  • commercial general liability claims

Erin provides legal services through a Law Corporation.
