Ashley is engaged in a wide range of complex matters focusing on commercial litigation, class actions and securities disputes.
Ashley assists with all steps of the litigation process, including but not limited to:
- Drafting pleadings;
- Preparing materials for motions such as supporting affidavits and motion records;
- Preparing files for examinations for discoveries, including drafting affidavits of documents; and
- Preparing for mediations, pre-trial trials and appeals.
Throughout her career, Ashley has gained experience with the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada.
