Melanie is an associate in our Banking & Financial Services Group. Her growing practice is focused on representing lenders and borrowers on a broad range of transactions.
Melanie also advises on ESG (environmental, social and governance) matters, insolvency and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining BLG, Melanie worked in the House of Commons where she gained valuable knowledge about Canada’s legislative process and parliamentary procedure.
Melanie summered and articled with BLG before joining as an associate.
