Komar – co-counsel for the defendant in a 13 day jury trial with various interlocutory applications during trial including adverse inference for not calling own experts, admissibility of hearsay evidence in expert reports, admissibility of inflammatory evidence and adding the issue of mitigation in the jury charge. Obtained jury verdict in favour of the defendant.
Baker v. Surerus – co-counsel for the defendant in a 20 day jury trial. Settlement achieved during trial.
Johnston v. Leginus – defended and successfully obtained order for application to compel attendance at an independent examination.
