Anna is a law clerk in the Environmental, Municipal, Expropriation and Regulatory group at BLG. With more than 10 years of experience in real estate law, Anna collaborates with lawyers, clients, municipalities and project stakeholders to deliver comprehensive support on large-scale expropriation, infrastructure and municipal projects across Ontario.
Anna has extensive experience in title-related matters, including parcel abstract reviews, complex registrations, ownership investigations, public and private land due diligence and analyzing survey, reference and expropriation plans. She prepares and reviews a wide range of legal documents, including notices, bylaws, agreements of purchase and sale, compensation agreements, licences, easements, releases and other documents related to land acquisition and expropriation matters.
