On April 15, 2025, Probe Gold Inc. (TSX: PRB) (OTCQB: PROBF) closed its upsized bought-deal private placement. The offering was completed through a syndicate of underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., Beacon Securities Limited and Scotiabank for aggregate gross proceeds of $45,275,000.
