Ron is a partner in the Commercial Disputes Group. His practice encompasses a broad range of commercial disputes matters in both the private and public sectors, including extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory matters. This includes:
- advising organizations including hospitals, professional regulatory bodies, universities and colleges, professional associations and other not-for profit organizations on the full range of issues relating to governance and member/stakeholder relations
- advising organizations on member regulation practices including professional and member discipline
- representing clients on governance and regulatory matters including member/shareholder disputes and director and officer liability issues
Ron has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in Ontario and before the Supreme Court of Canada.
