Samantha practices corporate and commercial law, working with charities, not‑for‑profit organizations, and for‑profit corporations across both public and private sectors.
She supports clients on a variety of matters including corporate governance, commercial arrangements, strategic transactions, and corporate structuring involving incorporations, reorganizations, and dissolutions.
Samantha summered and articled with BLG before returning as an associate. She serves on the executive of the Charity and Not-for-Profit Section of the Ontario Bar Association and is a member of the BLG Foundation’s Donations Committee.
