Prior to joining the firm, Maha practiced in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities litigation. She represented corporate and individual clients in a broad range of civil, regulatory, and class action matters.
During law school, Maha was recognized in various legal publications for her academic achievement and community service. She was on the Dean’s List and Clerked at the Michigan Office of the Attorney General. In her graduating year, she served as the class president, voice for Justice Committee president, and Advocacy Committee co-chair. She graduated Cum Laude, was the recipient of the Student Law Society Award, as well as several moot competition awards for Finalist, Top Oralist, and Top Brief.
Maha summered and articled at a leading international law firm, where she completed a secondment at the Royal Bank of Canada.
