Josh maintains a broad disputes practice with a focus on labour and employment law. He advises employers on workplace issues and assists clients with a variety of disputes, including wrongful dismissal claims, prohibited action complaints, and human rights matters.
Josh joined BLG as an associate after summering and articling with another national firm, where he gained experience across commercial, construction and personal injury matters.
