Raphael practices in insurance and tort liability and commercial litigation.
Raphael's practice includes:
- Complex construction litigation;
- Defending manufacturers against product liability claims;
- Defending industry professionals in professional negligence claims; and
- Assisting with transport regulatory and litigation matters.
Raphael has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, the Saskatchewan Court of King's Bench and at various ad hoc domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

- Assisted a major Canadian bank with a duty to defend finding before the Alberta Court of Appeal
