Andre maintains a broad litigation and dispute resolution practice, with a focus on commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
Andre has assisted with matters before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, the Court of Appeal of Alberta, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal.
Andre graduated from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law with the William A. McGillivray Gold Medal in Law. During his time in law school, Andre was president of the Environmental Law Society, an Alberta Law Review editorial board member, a law tutor in the Academic Success program, and competed in multiple national moot court competitions.
Andre articled at BLG’s Calgary office and worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Federal Court before returning to the firm as an associate in Toronto.
In his spare time, Andre enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, and improving his tennis game.
