Bethany maintains a broad litigation practice, with a focus on health law, privacy law, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining BLG as an associate, Bethany clerked at the Federal Court of Canada, where she gained invaluable insight into administrative law, areas of federal jurisdiction, and the litigation process.
Bethany summered and articled with BLG prior to clerking.
Outside of the office, Bethany sits on the Board of Directors for Nelson House, a shelter for women and children fleeing domestic violence.
