Alysha has a broad disputes practice, with a focus on commercial litigation, appellate advocacy and public law matters.
She assists clients across various industries with commercial, transportation and environmental disputes, as well as with administrative and regulatory matters.
Alysha has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, and at the Federal Court.
Alysha clerked for Justice Martin at the Supreme Court of Canada, and for Justice Frankel and Justice Dickson at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.
